Shipping Policy
All the products listed on the Site/App of Vruddhi Mart will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of the delivery. Although prices of most of the products do not fluctuate on a daily basis but some of the commodities and fresh food prices do change on a daily basis. In case the prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery, no additional charges will be collected or refunded as the case may be at the time of the delivery of the order.
Delivery/Shipment of Product:
Delivery of the Products under your Order in the Vruddhi Mart Website/App shall be made as per our Delivery/shipment policy mentioned herein. Title of the Product shall pass on to you upon receipt of payment.
Shipping Charges:
Normal delivery charge of Rs. 25/- & Express delivery charge of Rs. 50/- will be extra for each delivery. However Vruddhi Mart running special promotions / offers for their Customers or prescribe minimum order value for each transaction to waive the delivery charges or adjust Free Delivery Points.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched from our delivery point, an email or an SMS will be sent to you on the email address and mobile number provided by you under "Billing Address" and Order placed with Us. You can track your order online by the ID Tracking number sent to you by us on your Mobile/Email ID. You may also log on to your account on the Vruddhi Mart website/app or use the "Track my Order" link on the website/app to track your order.
Cancellation by Site / Customer:
You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website/app, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
Delivery Locations:
We currently deliver orders to selected pin codes/areas across a city/town/district/block/panchayat/village within India only. You may check the delivery serviceability of your area/locality with our customer care/support team at 9337155670
Marketing Activities:
When Vruddhi Mart account holder, vendor, or any other engage in marketing in connection, they are considered the sender of any marketing communication they initiate and are responsible for their own compliance under applicable marketing and telecommunications laws.
